LUX First Friday - Women's Work: Seven Studio Potters

LUX Center for the Arts presents “Women’s Work: Seven Studio Potters”.  This show opens May 4 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and runs through June 30. 

This exhibition showcases functional pottery made by some of the best-known female potters in the country.  All of their work is made from stoneware or porcelain and explores a variety of forms and surfaces.  Participating artists are Jennifer Allen, Christa Assad, Bernadette Curran, Lorna Meaden, Elizabeth Robinson, Deborah Schwartzkopf, and Tara Wilson.
